Ramesh Ponnuru says that the Constitution is on the Senate's side in the battle to replace Scalia. I say that "the rule of law" means that the Legislature has to obey the Executive*, and that someone should take a dump right in Ponnuru's mouth.

* I am so sure of this that I'm not even going to bother looking it up.
